<p data-start="320" data-end="547">We’re looking for a <strong data-start="340" data-end="365">Art Director</strong> who thinks conceptually first and visually second (but very, very well). Someone who can crack a big idea, express it simply, and bring it to life with taste, craft, and conviction.</p>
<p data-start="549" data-end="736">You’ll work closely with a Copywriter as part of a conceptual creative team, partnering with strategy, account, and production to create work that travels across platforms — not just ads.</p>

<p data-start="765" data-end="850">Developing <strong data-start="776" data-end="804">smart, original concepts</strong> that solve real business and brand problems</p>

<p data-start="853" data-end="977">Turning insights into <strong data-start="875" data-end="918">visual ideas that scale across channels</strong> — film, social, digital, print, experiential, and beyond</p>
</li>

<p data-start="980" data-end="1067">Leading the <strong data-start="992" data-end="1013">visual expression</strong> of ideas, from initial concept through to execution</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1068" data-end="1159">
<p data-start="1070" data-end="1159">Creating and overseeing layouts, imagery, typography, motion, and overall look and feel</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1160" data-end="1237">
<p data-start="1162" data-end="1237">Partnering closely with your Copywriter to shape ideas from the ground up</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1238" data-end="1319">
<p data-start="1240" data-end="1319">Collaborating with strategists, producers, account teams, and other creatives</p>
