We are looking for a Founding Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to help build core systems and infrastructure for Theta, a company focused on creating RL environments for training AI models. This role is crucial due to high customer demand and rapid growth, requiring someone who can scale up coding environments and translate customer requests into technical tasks.

What will you be doing?

• Own and deliver core product and infrastructure systems end-to-end.
• Work directly with founders across engineering, product, and operations to define priorities and execution strategy.
• Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand domain workflows and translate them into agent training environment tasks.
• Build workflows and internal tools that scale our workforce of expert labelers and specialists in the coding domain.
• Make critical decisions that influence product direction, roadmap, and long-term culture.
