DESCRIPTION:

This is an outstanding chance to craft the future of transplant diagnostics as a Product Manager for the Antibody Detection portfolio. You will be at the forefront of innovation, leading projects that have a profound impact on patient outcomes and healthcare standards globally. Your work will be instrumental in driving product differentiation and market growth!

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze global market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and drive product differentiation.
  • Coordinate forecasting, aligning market needs with commercial, R&D, and operations teams to ensure accurate supply.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D to define long-term strategies, product roadmaps, and customer-focused developments.
  • Lead new product development, conduct Voice-of-Customer research, define requirements, and provide business justification for product launches and improvements.
  • Develop global product launch plans, including market segmentation, commercialization, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences required; MBA or relevant product management experience a plus.
  • Experience: 4+ years in product management or related experience required; preferably in the IVD space.
  • Expertise in histocompatibility and immunogenetics and HLA antibody detection highly desired.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Indiana is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
