Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Shift Information

First Shift/Days - 5:00am - 5:00pm

  • 3/2/2 Schedule (Work 3 days on, 2 days off, work 2 days) - 12 hour shifts
  • Must be willing to work overtime
  • Occasional weekend shifts required

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using our proven tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements.
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Requirements

Education

  • HS Diploma /GED or equivalent

Experience

  • 1 year of proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Skills

  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
