The Clinical Systems Optimization Testing Specialist provides business with testing coordination & support of software systems. Participates as a member of the Project teams where needed and works with staff of various groups to initiate and complete several testing activities. Facilitates the systems testing process, including vendor management, test planning, test case design, test data seeding, test execution, follow up and reporting on test outcomes.

What You'll Do:
· Serves as Testing lead and/or support for new releases and modifications to applications throughout the Software Development Process.

· Prepares Testing Plans, Test Cases and Summary Reports and executes Test Cases.

· Manages automated testing vendors; incl but not limited to processes SoW, follow up on deliverables & execution reporting

· Reviews and approves all change controls associated with the validated systems per SOP.

· Ensures test cases challenge the functional requirements and adequately demonstrate that the application meets the expectations of the business customer.

· Updates test cases where required based on requirement changes or upgrades in application functionality.

· Implements test cases accurately to produce evidence that the computer system consistently performs its intended functions accurately and optimally proving the software functions correctly.

· Builds, updates, and handles data within the testing environment, sufficient to accurately test software functionality.

· Handles assignments to meet timelines and produce high quality work.

· Remains familiar with relevant contractual obligations, sponsor expectations, applicable regulations, and SOPs.

· Provides ongoing business support to users during the implementation and continued use of validated platforms, ensuring that appropriate training, support and maintenance is provided.

· Support creation of varied support materials, presentations, and/or tools to support the department's remit and strategies.

· Prepares, coordinates and/or delivers working group materials, facilities and communications per established timelines and milestones.

· Supports and participates in process improvement initiative teams, and/or may lead simple process improvement initiatives.

· Participates in and supports initiatives to develop, optimize, improve and assess compliance with processes and associated systems/applications, training and communications.

· Performs special projects, assignments and administrative tasks per business needs.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to
2+ years). Preferred previous experience includes proven history with manual and automated test script development and execution.
Equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Fundamental training, knowledge and experience with systems or software validation processes

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

• Proficient in Python, Robot Framework, selenium etc.
