About this role
Head of Product
We’re looking for a Head of Product who’s excited to shape the future of our cloud-based hotel management platform.
You’ll help turn big ideas into real impact, guiding a small but experienced team and ensuring our product continues to deliver value (and joy!) to hoteliers around the world.
Our CEO is deeply involved in product direction, making this a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You’ll lead a team of 4 Product Owners and 1 UI Designer, work closely with developers, marketing, and account managers, and ensure our product vision translates into clear priorities, smooth delivery, and meaningful outcomes for our customers.
What you’ll do
- Shape our product direction – Turn the company vision into a clear, focused roadmap that balances customer needs, business goals, and long-term product growth.
- Lead and support the team – Coach and empower 4 Product Owners and 1 UI Designer to do their best work. Foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across teams – Work hand-in-hand with Development, UX, and business stakeholders to make sure everyone’s aligned and we move fast together.
- Drive smart delivery – Keep things running smoothly with agile practices, structured prioritisation, and a good balance between strategic work and tactical delivery.
- Listen to customers – Lead product discovery, validate ideas, and make sure we’re solving real problems for real users.
- Measure and improve – Define success metrics, learn from data and feedback, and continuously refine what we build.
- Bridge vision and execution – Act as the link between the CEO’s vision, business priorities, and the technical teams — ensuring clarity, focus, and collaboration all the way.
You’ll be great at this role if you
- Have experience working on B2B SaaS products, ideally in a product-focused team
- Enjoy turning complex ideas into clear, practical plans — and helping others understand the bigger picture
- Like combining big-picture thinking with getting things done. You care about the details and the outcome
- Have hands-on experience with product discovery, user research, and using data to inform decisions
- Are comfortable balancing structure and flexibility — you bring focus, but don’t over-process things
- Are empathetic and self-aware — you listen, communicate openly, and help teams move forward even when opinions differ
- Are fluent in Hungarian and English, and enjoy working closely with developers, designers, and other roles in an agile setup.
Bonus points
- Experience in hospitality tech or travel SaaS.
- Technical understanding and comfort discussing software development.
- Experience in founder-led or fast-growing product companies.
- Strong facilitation or mediation skills.
