Role Overview

As a Life Benefits Specialist, you will work directly with members who have requested benefits information through their organization. This is a client-service–focused role, centered on education, compliance, and relationship management—not cold outreach or high-pressure sales.

High-performing specialists may progress into senior advisory, mentoring, or leadership roles based on performance, consistency, and professional readiness.

  • Experience: No prior insurance experience required; professional, service-oriented backgrounds are encouraged.

  • Accountability: Strong time management and follow-through in a remote setting.

  • Growth-Oriented: Interested in long-term development and leadership opportunities.

  • Licensing: A life insurance license is required; agency support and guidance are provided, including temporary licensing options where available.
