✨ Join Our Team as a Lead Security Officer! ✨
Friendship Village Tempe is looking for a dedicated and proactive Lead Security Officer to help keep our community safe, secure, and running smoothly!
✨ Pay: $21.25-$23.38 based on experience
✨ Schedule: 2:00pm-10:30pm Sunday-Thursday
✨ What You’ll Do:
- Lead and assist Security Officers on your shift—provide guidance, training, and support.
- Patrol Village buildings and grounds to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
- Oversee security procedures, document incidents, and ensure proper reporting.
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff while maintaining professionalism.
- Issue and track security equipment, and monitor for policy compliance.
- Foster teamwork and a culture of hospitality and respect across the department.
- Be ready to perform janitorial or light maintenance duties if needed.
✨ What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License (clean record required)
- Experience in security, supervision, or public safety—leadership experience is a plus!
- Sound judgment, strong communication, and basic computer skills
- Must have or obtain a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card

What you'll do
