Position Details:
- Role: Housekeeper/Poter
- Schedule: Part Time Housekeeper/Porter every other weekend 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- Pay Rate: $15 per hour
- Location: Galleria Woods Senior Living, Hoover, Alabama
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Good attendance record
- Preferred prior housekeeping or porter experience in a healthcare or similar setting

Responsibilities: As a housekeeper at Galleria Woods, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for our residents. Your responsibilities include:
- Vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, in community.
- Dusting all cleared flat surfaces
- General housekeeping duties in hallways and common areas
- Following the priority order set by your supervisor
- Properly maintaining equipment and supplies
- Adhering to attendance policies and maintaining punctuality
- Always respecting resident confidentiality

What you'll do
- As a housekeeper, you will maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents by performing tasks such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and dusting surfaces. You will also follow the priority order set by your supervisor and maintain equipment and supplies properly.
