About this role

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for configuring, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and documenting computer software, hardware and peripherals supporting TSG and TSG Customers. This position is assigned work primarily through ConnectWise ticketing system, to best keep track of client needs and services. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the configuration, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of computer products, equipment, and software.
  • Coordinate the training of facility managers on some aspects of the systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and repair product failures, orders, and replace parts as needed.
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Including, but not limited to: Active Directory, Desktop and Server Management, Printer installation/configuration/management/repair, and software deployment and configuration.
  • Manage the process of account creation, deletion, and alterations like name change due to marriage or divorce.
  • Create and set guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Two (2) to Four (4) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company business. Please refer to the Vehicle Safety Program for the policies and procedures that this position is required to follow.
  • A Valid Driver’s License with a record acceptable to company standards is required for this position.
