Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for configuring, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and documenting computer software, hardware and peripherals supporting TSG and TSG Customers. This position is assigned work primarily through ConnectWise ticketing system, to best keep track of client needs and services. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.
