SCOPE : Under direct supervision, performs recruiting assignments for support staff openings in assigned group. Performs Corporate Employee Relations activities in compliance with the company's policies and procedures, philosophies, objectives and legal requirements. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 0-3 years prior recruiting experience preferred. Basic knowledge of recruiting practices including testing, interviewing, reference checks, background checks, and license verification. Basic knowledge of federal and state laws governing equal employment opportunities.
