Enterprise Float Pool RN

Position Summary / Career Interest:

The Inpatient Enterprise Float Nurse floats to different locations to provides professional nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for the comfort and well-being of the patients in our community. In the position, you will have the opportunity to support multiple areas and campuses utilizing a variety of your skill sets.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree Nursing in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years from an accredited college or university.
  • Associate Degree Nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • Less than 1 year Nursing Experience.


Preferred Education and Experience

  • Acute Care and Progressive Care experience.
  • Previous float pool experience.


Required Licensure and Certification

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) - Multi-State - State Board of Nursing
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) within 90 Days
