Responsibilities
- The House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the leadership team with staffing coordination, shift operations, and overall problem-solving.
- In addition, he/she assures and supports the appropriate use of resources and mentors' clinical staff in the provision of quality care.
- In the absence of the Health Center Administrator, the House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-call.
- The House Supervisor reports to the Director or designee.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- BSN required
- 4- Year Degree
- KSBN -KS RN Licensure
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
- 4 years staff nurse experience
- Computer literate skills-Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Advanced Degree
- MSN
- ACLS
- 1-2 years of management experience
