Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Interventional Cardiovascular Radiology Technologist (CVRT) in Topeka, KS.

Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures. 
  • Monitor and record hemodynamics and assist the physician by scrubbing procedures.
  • Assure proper functioning and troubleshooting of equipment to provide quality diagnostic and therapeutic exams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiovascular and peripheral technology to assist the physicians.
  • Participate in professional development for the advancement of Cardiology Services.

Qualifications

 Job Requirements:

  • Current Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiologic Technologist regsitered by the ARRT.
  • Licensed by the Kansas Board of Healing Arts as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements: 

  • One year of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
