Registered Nurse - Fixed Term to cover Parental Leave 01 March to 11 October

Duties | Mahi
- Deliver safe, professional nursing care to residents across rest home and long-term hospital guided by Best Practice and interRAI care planning.
- Lead and support Health Care Assistants, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.
- Oversee medication administration and ensure continuity of care, working closely with Nurse Practitioners, families and allied health professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, contribute to quality assurance programmes, and ensure compliance with The Three Trusts’ policies and procedures.
- Participate in professional development, in-service education and specialised portfolios such as infection control, diabetes, and cardiorespiratory care.
Skills and Qualifications | Pukenga & Wheako
- A NZ Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate.
- Experienced in aged care within the last 2 years, with a genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
- Skilled in team leadership, organisation, and flexible in your approach to work.
- NZ citizen or permanent resident (visa support not available).
