Scheduling Coordinator (Remote – Full Time)
$55,000–$60,000 annually

We’re hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to manage and optimize ABA therapy schedules across home, clinic, school, and community settings. This role supports client care by coordinating staff assignments, maintaining accurate schedules, and collaborating with clinical and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage client and technician sessions
• Communicate with families and staff regarding scheduling changes
• Assign technicians to cases and support onboarding
• Maintain scheduling data and reports
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize coverage
• Support referral outreach and provider communication

Qualifications

• Scheduling, coordination, or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with scheduling systems and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ABA experience a plus; RBT Certification preferred
