About the Role
The Salvation Army’s Palmerston Family Violence Services is seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to provide operational leadership across our family violence accommodation and support programs.
In this role, you will guide and support a dedicated team delivering specialist case management, outreach and after‑hours responses for women and children experiencing or escaping family violence. You’ll ensure services are trauma‑informed, child‑focused and grounded in best practice, while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, support staff capability and wellbeing, maintain strong community and sector partnerships, and contribute to high‑quality outcomes for victim‑survivors.
This is a permanent full‑time position based in Darwin. Pay is in accordance with SCHADS Level 7.
