Effectively manages the delivery of community engagement and development strategies and activities.
Establish effective relationships with clients that encourage self-determination and participation and support them to improve their situation.
Support is provided to clients through group settings.
Clients are assisted to access support services.
Promote and develop existing and new partnerships and support key partnership activities including a range of community support and development activities.
Implement 1:1 community support and community development practices and processes.
Able to connect with clients and create a safe space.
Able to engage clients to achieve positive outcomes.
A national police record check is required.
NSW Working with Children Check is required.

What you'll do
- The Community Engagement Worker will deliver one-on-one support services and group sessions, focusing on community development activities to build resilient individuals and families. They will establish effective relationships with clients to encourage self-determination and participation.
