About The Role:  

Salvos Stores are seeking a talented, values-driven Casual Sales Assistant to support our store in Clifford Gardens. You will assist with day-to-day operations and contribute to an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices; 

  • Sort, price and prepare donations for sale.  

  • Assist in the development and coordination visual merchandising and store presentation 

  • Provide exceptional Customer Service 

  • Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure. 

  • Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures 

  • Demonstrate TSA core values in all work related activities. 

About You: 

  • Retail sales experience - highly regarded but not essential. 

  • Strong customer service skills. 

  • Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results. 

  • Alignment with our values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity. 

  • High energy, hand-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Flexibly to work a rolling roster including weekends and preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area.
