THIS IS A TEMPORARY FULL-TIME SUMMER DAY CAMP POSITION*

Location:570 152^nd St., South Sioux City, NE 68776.**

May 27th, 2026 through July 24th, 2026

Pay Rate: $75.00 Per Day

SUMMARY:  Assist the Camp Director in the overall care and maintenance of camp buildings and infrastructure. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other similar and duties may be assigned.

• General maintenance duties as assigned by the Camp Director
• Assist in upkeep of plumbing.
• Assist in upkeep of electrical.
• Assist in upkeep of all camp buildings.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of camp equipment, i.e. carts, tractor, mowers.
• Assist in the general upkeep of lawns. Mowing and weed eating.
• Help in trash removal daily.
• Assist with set-up and/or equipment needs for program purposes.
• Take care of fire ring. Build fires and extinguish when necessary

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Will give directions and supervise temporary volunteer staff as well as summer staff for the season when directions are given out by the Camp Director.  This may be on a daily basis.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
