About this role
Overview
The Salvation Army’s Athol Corps., is hiring a Music Instructor & Kids Club Aide and offers the following benefit package to part-time employees:

Location: 107 Ridge Ave., Athol, MA
Hours/week: 2-5 hours per week
Exemption: Non-exempt
Pay Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
starting pay varies depending on experience and qualifications
Lead music instruction; assist as Kid’s Club Aid

Education Requirements:
High School or GED Required
Work Experience:
1+ years’ experience working with children
Other Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and creative
- Good communication skills
- Skilled in a brass instrument or piano preferred
- Skilled in theater arts or drama preferred

What you'll do
- The Music Instructor & Kids Club Aide will lead music instruction and assist in planning and implementing curriculum for children. Responsibilities include maintaining facility cleanliness and safety, communicating with parents, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
