About this role

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily front desk operations and administrative duties
  • Work closely with the Admissions Department to support intake and resident services
  • Assist with accounting and financial tasks
  • Attend to residents’ needs and concerns
  • Assist with creating photo IDs for all new residents and verify Markle resident IDs
  • Process payments for fees
  • Accept packages and sort out daily mail
  • Responsible for Smart Data
  • Assist with DRM (Notification Kiosk)
  • Oversee security guards at the front desk with front desk duties
  • Ensure all visitors (family, friends, and delivery persons.) and all employees working in building sign in/out and provide them with a visitor’s pass, visitors are to be politely challenged as to the reason for entering the residence

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Good computer skills /Microsoft office/
  • Accounting Experience
  • Business administration skills
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Experience in office procedures
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
