About this role
Overview
Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, the Facility Worker performs miscellaneous custodial duties required to keep buildings neat and clean. This position is 25 hours week (Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. - noon)

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for satisfactory job performance.
- Heavy lifting and moving are normal, expected, and necessary to fulfill job responsibilities. Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
- Duties require normal to above normal physical endurance, i.e. heavy lifting and moving is normal, expected and necessary to fulfill responsibilities.
- A key position with responsibility for facilities’ security, safety, neatness and repairs.

What you'll do
- The Facility Worker is responsible for performing custodial duties to maintain cleanliness in buildings. This includes mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and handling outdoor maintenance tasks.
