Job Summary

Joining the FP&A team, the Commission/Incentive Analyst manages the calculation, validation, and reporting of incentive payments. In this role, you will ensure data accuracy and policy compliance using advanced Excel skills to manage large datasets. As a key partner to internal stakeholders, you will provide proactive reporting and support broader organizational strategies as needed.

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL /Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end monthly commission calculation process under supervision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Calculate monthly commission payments based on established plans and performance metrics
• Prepare detailed reports and summaries for management review, as well as assist in reconciling discrepancies and resolving commission-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Assist with commission expense monthly accruals and variance analysis with budget/forecasts.
• Support the development and maintenance of commission models and templates.
• Maintain documentation of processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis as required by management.

Competency

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. MBA is a plus

Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a financial analysis, compensation, or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with financial software will be an added value (Microsoft D365, Tableau, Oracle, SAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team player with strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, management, and operational teams
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information

Work Environment

• Full-time, Hybrid
