The Corporate Office Administrator is primarily responsible for administrative duties and support to the Executive team and other department leads as necessary. Responsibilities include: booking meeting rooms inside the Administration Office for management and staff, composition of general correspondence and development of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets. This position will also process approved travel and corporate expense reports. The position maintains the Administrative Building supply room, ensuring appropriate inventory of supplies, and ensuring that all office equipment is in working order. Other administrative duties include, but are not limited to: typing, filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning and data entry.
The Corporate Office Administrator's responsibilities include:

2. Maintaining the office files as well as supply, staff, and Board rooms, ensuring appropriate inventory of supplies and office equipment are in working order by:
3. Assists with the coordination of events and meetings hosted by the office, including but not limited to:
4. Assisting with the administrative portions of any corporate goals and KPI’s of the team, as well as the administration of metrics for the team’s deliverables. This would include, but not limited to:
5. Performs other duties as defined and assigned by the Executive Office to support the organization.
Shift: (Two vacancies to be filled by two candidates committing to the following schedule)
Monday and Tuesday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Please note: Shift start and end times/days may vary based on operational requirements.
Wage: $15.80 - $23.82
Education and Experience
· Grade Twelve (12) and completed Office Education Diploma/Certificate required, along with a minimum of 3 years direct experience supporting senior-level leadership. An acceptable combination of related training and experience may be considered.
· Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft suites.
· Demonstrated experience handling confidential information.
