Join our Raymond Team as a Weld Inspector!

 

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Weld Inspector who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll inspect completed weld products and provide feedback to weld staff while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. If you enjoy tackling challenges with positivity and creativity, you’ll feel right at home here.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Daily inspection of multiple weld products.
  • Completing daily inspection logs.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions (quality, paint, etc).
  • Provide feedback to weld staff, associates, and leadership on quality trends.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Three or more years of manufacturing experience, including at least one year as an Inspector.
  • A basic ability to read blueprints/diagrams/specifications and to follow/comprehend detailed instructions.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A High level of attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

 

What Sets You Apart:

  • General knowledge of the welding process.
  • A High School diploma or GED is highly preferred.

 

Where and When You’ll Work:

  • This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA facility—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
  • Standard working hours: 6am – 2:30pm

 

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

 

Wage - $20.44 - $25.34 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
