Position Summary
Launch your coaching career in one of the nation’s most competitive athletic regions.
The Pingry School invites passionate, coach-minded individuals to apply for our Coaching Fellow – Pathway of Excellence position, a dynamic yearlong opportunity designed to develop the next generation of high-impact leaders in the coaching profession.
Whether you’re a former collegiate or professional athlete, a recent graduate with a degree in coaching or sport-related fields, or someone transitioning from competitive play to the sideline, this immersive program offers direct access to a premier middle and high school athletics culture, right in the heart of New Jersey’s elite sports landscape.
As a Pingry Coaching Fellow, you’ll coach across six athletic seasons, three at the Middle School level and three at the Upper School level, alongside experienced mentors, athletic administrators, and student-athletes. You'll coach student-athletes across a broad developmental spectrum, from rising learners to elite performers, including future NCAA Division I recruits and Olympians, all within a high-expectation, high-integrity environment.

The salary range for this position is $21,000-$31,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and internal organization and peer data at Pingry are also considered.
