Position Summary:
The Analyst is responsible for executing established processes across privacy, compliance, and business operations. This includes documentation management, audit preparation, initial data gathering, tracking corrective actions, updating operational tools, coordinating meetings and documenting outcomes, and supporting reporting needs. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured processes while working collaboratively with cross-functional partners.
This position handles sensitive information and plays a key role in supporting OSU Health Plan’s compliance posture and operational effectiveness by ensuring accuracy, documentation integrity, and reliable follow-through.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of relevant experience required. 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, business operations, or compliance support.
Familiarity with HIPAA or regulatory concepts preferred; ability to learn compliance fundamentals required.
Demonstrated organizational, documentation, and tracking skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Teams, and SharePoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
