Scope of Position

The Multi-modality position applies in all locations where Imaging Services are provided: University Hospital, East Hospital, The James Cancer Hospital and OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging locations.

Position Summary

The Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist will be required to perform DR plain film x-ray and two or all of the following modalities: MR, ULS, CT, CI, VI. Technologists will be required to provide patient education and quality assessment activities for the Imaging Division, under the direction of the Imaging Manager and/or Associate Director. This position may include the same activities at any of our Imaging Sites.

Minimum Qualifications

For Hire: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography registered with current Ohio Department of Health Radiology License. Must have minimum of one year experience in at least 2 advanced modalities (Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Vascular Intervention, Cardiac Intervention or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in General Abdomen US) or current advanced certifications (ULS, CT, MR, CI, VI) required.
