Cafe attendant in Thessaloniki
You will be responsible to serve the Modernist Café clientele and the guests of our property, creating a personalized experience through meaningful interaction.
- Be part of the Modernist Café team, taking orders, preparing beverage and serving food items.
- Keep the delivery apps updated and prepare orders under the provided time frame.
- Making all necessary preparation of beverages, cleaning & set-up to deliver the required service.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
- Interacting with our clientele in a highly professional yet unpretentious manner, playing your part in making their experience memorable and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction levels.
- Lend a hand to not only guest, but your colleagues and team alike - we’ve always been in it together.
- Working closely with the rest of the hotel team to make sure the overall operation is running smoothly.
- Take health and safety seriously and follow all health & safety standards, fire & security procedures, and ensure you’re working in a safe manner at all times.
Candidate profile:
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude.
- Eager to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
- Ability to perform under pressure and good time management skills.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Competent F&B skills (service, barista, bartending)
- Excellent use of the English language.
