JOB PURPOSE:

As an Operational Excellence Coordinator at the Magnum Ice Cream Company, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales and Customer Development teams through data-driven insights, process coordination, and operational support. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of commercial operations, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to the success of the most iconic ice cream brands. It’s an ideal position for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and people in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regular update of the standard sell-out reports
  • Regular update of weekly, monthly sell in reports
  • Regular update and management of the historical market price reports
  • Give answers to the data need of business by creating new reports, result review decks and data driven business analyses for decision making
  • Provide support for use of sell-out and sell in reports, hold training if necessary
  • Coordinate monthly Price list preparation process (In Home, Out of Home)
  • Support quarterly bonus process (collect bonus targets, create personal files, lead communication, support the assessment process in close collaboration with the Finance team)
  • Understand systems, connected systems used in S&OP process by Sales team (Sonar, ACTPM). Coordinate between Sales and other departments to provide administrative support of Sales FC process.
  • Manage contracts of 3rd party (data provider), create PO’s, create certificate of completion
  • Support daily operation with Lead System and Tercio (manage OSA list, monthly accounting and invoicing, PO handling)
  • Collaborate with KAM team to analyse and understand OSA reports, propose actions for improvement
  • Support Sales and CSP teams in projects aiming the perfect execution in stores
  • Manage ad hoc tasks on demand:  Environmental data reporting to Hungarian Authority (OKIR), Office management – support Leadership Team in organizing / managing events, Customer & other contracts management, legal/labor law related tasks (digital & physical filing)
  • Supporting car fleet management (collab with HUBs)

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

SKILLS:

  • Good sense of responsibility and problem solving
  • Accuracy with careful attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills as you’ll have direct relationship with other internal departments and also our customers
  • Ability to present written information in a structured way appropriate to the needs of the reader

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:    

  • Some experience is required in sales support or related functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics
  • Fluency in Hungarian and advanced in English
  • Excellent IT skills are required, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
