Fresh graduate of vocational or technical course, or equivalent work experience of 1 year in production operations
Reading comprehension, writing, and mathematical skills. This will support recording of data.
Committed team worker with strong sense of responsibility and good attention to detail
Effective interpersonal communication skills and an agile mind. This will support the ability to communicate observations or problems encountered in the line/area and propose solutions through Kaizen projects to address them.
