KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, the intern will support the team in the following activities: Providing support to the HR Business Partner in employee relations activities. Maintaining accurate data in the HR team's database. Monitoring HR KPI’s and analytics reports. Defining recruiting needs and drafting job descriptions. Actively supporting internal HR projects. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Flexibility and ability to work in a complex and multitasking environment. Master Degreed in Economics or Law. Strong passion for the HR world. Ability to use office tools, as Excel and Power Point. Good knowledge of English (oral and written).
