This role combines strategic project leadership with customer-focused supply chain optimization. You will lead initiatives that enhance customer service experience through digital innovation, process improvement, and collaborative planning. By blending strategic thinking with operational execution, you will ensure best-in-class service for our customers while driving efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Strategic Customer Projects: Drive initiatives that improve customer experience, such as order optimization, inventory accuracy, and digital connectivity to improve OTIF and Instock metrics.

· Enhance Customer Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between customer experience supply chain teams and internal stakeholders on critical projects.

· Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer and internal data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend actionable improvements.

· Digital Transformation: Partner with cross-functional teams to implement digital tools (Power BI, SAP, automation) that improve visibility and performance.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute projects that reduce complexity, improve fill rates, and on time.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Sales, Supply Chain, and external customer teams to deliver joint business goals.

What You Need to Succeed

· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field.

· 3+ years in supply chain, planning, or customer collaboration roles.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP.

· Experience leading projects from concept to execution.

· Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

· Passion for customer service, innovation, and continuous improvement.

· Familiarity with retail/consumer goods industry preferred.

The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,000. TMICC takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.  

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
