Lead and evolve continuous measurement such as brand health/brand equity tracking (definitions, governance, consistency, and insight integration into plans).
3) Syndicated analytics (Retail audit & panels)
Use NielsenIQ Retail Audit (and relevant panel sources) to diagnose performance drivers (distribution, promo, price, assortment, etc.) and identify growth opportunities by country/retailer/channel.
Triangulate insights across sources (retail audit, household/consumer panels, internal sales data, brand tracking) into simple stories and recommendations.
4) Ad-hoc research (quant + qual)
Design and lead end-to-end ad-hoc research programs (e.g., concept/product testing, pack testing, ad/creative testing, U&A, segmentation inputs, consumer connectivity work), ensuring methodological rigor and speed.
Manage external research partners: brief writing, supplier selection, fieldwork oversight, synthesis, and “so-what / now-what” delivery.

Strong data-to-storytelling capability: simplify complexity into an executive-ready narrative and recommendation.
Stakeholder management: confident partner to marketing and multifunctional teams; comfortable challenging constructively.
High learning agility, bias to action, and ability to operate with pace and rigor.
Language & work authorization
English required; Dutch fluency preferred (especially for local stakeholder and vendor work).
Candidate should be based in the Netherlands. Local Condition apply.
What success looks like (first 6–12 months)
A clear NL/BE insights “operating rhythm” is in place (tracking, business questions intake, and stakeholder cadences).
Leadership teams have sharper clarity on performance drivers and growth bets (rooted in audit/panels/tracking).
Faster, higher-quality ad-hoc research that improves decision making on innovation and communication.
