About this role
We are currently looking for a highly motivated graduate to join our international and fast-growing Marketing team based in Milan as a Copywriting SEO Intern.
In this role, you will support the creation, optimization, and localization of SEO-driven product and editorial content for our brand partners’ digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams, leveraging AI tools to improve content quality, search visibility, and alignment with each brand’s tone of voice.
What you'll do:
Content writing: creation & proof-reading product and editorial content using AI tools following brand tone of voice and SEO best practices.
Content localization: Support in the translation of product information and editorial content, leveraging AI while ensuring linguistic accuracy and SEO best practices across languages.
Keyword Research: Identification of most relevant queries people use for searching the brand and its products.
Metadata optimization: Metadata optimizaation of main website pages according to keyword research.
New PLP Creation Proposal: Recommendation for the creation of new PLPs based on Keyword research
PLP Text Brief: Creation of SEO brief for the writing of text to be inserted at the bottom of main category pages.
PLP Text Writing: Based on SEO brief, writing of optimized text to be inserted at the bottom of main category pages.
Basic Tech Fixes: Identify empty or duplicated pages, along with 404 status and broken backlinks with Screaming Frog
Migration Support: Old website URL sourcing and redirect mapping
What we're looking for:
Native Italian speaker
Academic background in Marketing or similar degrees
Passionate about fashion and digital
Familiarity with (or strong interest in) the use of AI tools for content creation
Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment, with a multi-tasking and problem-solving approach
Exceptional attention to detail, motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on achieving great results
Ability to work independently while also being a team player
Excellent time management and follow up skills
Pro-active and can-do attitude
Willingness to engage with and ability to communicate effectively across the business
