About this role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our Scarosso team in Milan and support the implementation and daily management of our internal planning systems.
This internship will be a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational workflows, product data structure, supplier coordination, and planning tools within one of The Level Group's owned brand. Also, a successful internship may lead to long-term collaboration and growth within the team.
What you’ll do
Product Data & System Management
Support the implementation and maintenance of our MRP system, collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper setup and usage
Create, maintain and update product master data and product sheets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal standards
Enter and manage purchase orders, monitoring status and ensuring correct documentation
Perform ongoing system maintenance activities, including updates, data corrections, and new item setup
Operations Support
Follow up daily with production teams and suppliers to monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery
Support the purchase workflow (tracking, filing, and managing documentation), and assist with inbound logistics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow
What we’re looking for
Academic background in Economics, Business, or Data-related fields is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Previous experience or familiarity with ERP/planning systems is a plus
Fluent in Italian and English
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and team spirit
Interest in the luxury and fashion industry
