In this role, you will build and maintain scalable data solutions, e.g. creating ETL processes to enhance sales analysis, or implementing statistical models for marketing mix modeling; plus, you will mainly work with the Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataform, Compute Engine), interacting with a wide array of sources and destinations.

The ideal candidate is ready to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a wide variety of projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver diverse data projects, working together with developers, tech and business teams.

  • Build and optimize data models, integrating novel data sources as new opportunities arise (e.g. new ecommerce platforms, CRM platforms, cost sources).

  • Collect requirements from stakeholders and turn them into actionable tasks.

  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across pipelines.

  • Develop user-friendly dashboards and reporting systems for business intelligence purposes.

  • Document data workflows to enhance knowledge sharing, through technical writing and flowcharts.

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with 0-2 years of experience.

  • Proficiency in SQL, especially for data manipulation and querying.

  • Familiarity with ETL processes and cloud environments.

  • Comfortable with Python, and its common libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy).

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Lookers Studio or similar data visualization tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and consistency.

  • Fluent in English. Italian is a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Personal projects or experiences that you are proud to show us.

  • Understanding of digital analytics (e.g. Google Analytics 4).

  • Familiarity with statistical computing programs like R, SPSS.

What we offer:

  • Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offers.

  • Learning & Development: continuous learning experience with TLG University and other projects.

  • Workplace & People: be part of the young (31 on avg.) and international (30+ nationalities) #TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
