Job Description

  • Are you prepared to accept an outstanding opportunity that greatly impacts our worldwide operations? Join us as Logistics Director to build and steer a visionary internal logistics strategy. You'll seamlessly integrate the storage and movement of materials and components across production facilities, optimizing warehousing processes and ensuring efficient transit of finished goods. Drive safety, innovation, and operational efficiency while encouraging strategic partnerships to support long-term growth and sustainability objectives.

Core Responsibilites

  • Provide visionary leadership for corporate logistics, setting long-term strategic goals that align with the company’s mission and drive balanced growth.
  • Architect and complete a comprehensive global logistics strategy, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives and adapting to evolving market demands.
  • Champion innovation and transformative change, employing the latest technologies and methodologies to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Cultivate strategic alliances with key industry partners and collaborators, negotiating and securing agreements that further the company’s strategic interests.
  • Direct talent development efforts, fostering a high-performance environment and enabling teams to achieve excellence and propel organizational success.
  • Ensure adherence to global compliance standards, maintaining a robust framework for balanced and secure logistics operations.
  • Strategically manage financial resources, coordinating the logistics budget to improve return on investment and support pivotal initiatives.
  • Promote coordinated planning and collaboration, encouraging alignment across departments to optimize the supply chain and support business objectives.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in Logistics, Warehouse or Supply Chain management at Director level.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with the capacity to encourage and direct teams toward reaching ambitious objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of global compliance standards and balanced logistics practices.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities, capable of developing and sustaining strategic partnerships.​
