- Zajištění provozního chodu na výrobní hale
- Koordinace a efektivní rozdělení operátorů na výrobní linky
- Řízení výkonu operátorů a dohled nad agenturními operátory
- Řízení rozvoje a kultury na směně
- Podpora trenérů a nových operátorů
- Poskytování zpětných vazeb členům týmu
- Zapojení do výrobních procesů

- Máš dobrou orientaci na výrobním shopflooru a technické znalosti
- Máš chuť rozvíjet ostatní, dodržuješ procesy a dbáš na bezpečnost práce
- Máš dobré komunikační schopnosti
- Dokážeš pracovat s řízenou dokumentací
- Umíš pracovat s počítačem a moderními technologiemi
- Ovládáš základní funkce v MS Office
- Nebojíš se činit vlastní rozhodnutí a řešit problémy
- Umíš se adaptovat na změny

What you'll do
- The Team Coordinator will ensure the operational flow in the production hall and coordinate the effective distribution of operators on production lines. They will also manage operator performance and oversee agency operators while supporting trainers and new operators.
