Lead high-impact projects with international exposure.
Collaborate with brilliant minds across finance, tax, and strategy.
Drive transfer pricing operations inclusive of price monitoring, year-end TP calculations, APA calculations.
Collaborate globally with partners in Tax Operations and General Ledger teams communicating forthcoming Transfer Pricing Adjustments.
Collaborate with Global Head of Transfer Pricing to receive new transfer pricing calculations requirements and process requirements inclusive of supporting internal controls.
Collaboration with strategic tax team to resolve tax incidents, support advance pricing agreement reporting and address tax queries from business.
Perform and coordinate transfer pricing adjustments and local file reporting and local TP related compliance requirements with other TP team members globally.
Collaborate with global Tax Design Process and Tax Operations & Compliance team members to continue to standardize and improve processes and internal controls.
Review workpapers from team inclusive of journal entries, tax payments, data submissions, reconciliations and tax filings.
Support audit process
Support audit meetings with tax authorities
Coordinate the preparation and review of audit support inside the BSO and partner with external teams to secure any other requests i.e. PO&D, procurement, etc.
Participate in the functional interviews and document results
Due diligence of the new entities from the transfer pricing perspective, mapping the IC flows and transactions
Preparation of the relevant intercompany agreements
Preparation of the transfer pricing documentation in accordance with the latest OECD principles and local guidelines
the LEGO Group has established for its various functions including the finance and tax functions the Business Services Organisation – BSO, with the key three global centres, one of them being in Prague. Within the finance function, the Tax Operations organisation has been formed as a separate organisation to serve the tax area, in collaboration with the Global Tax department.
Experience of transfer pricing experience, preferably in B4.
Hold a master’s degree or equivalent experience in economics, finance, accounting, tax.
Limited need for travel abroad.
Experience from the middle or big tax firm.
Experience in tax risk detection and mitigation.
Experience in tax controls and their documentation.
Experience with the partnership.
Previous experience working with SAP.
Previous experience in working for shared service centre.
