Esta posición es responsable de la ejecución del mantenimiento preventivo de moldes, garantizando que el trabajo se realice con seguridad, alta calidad y que estén listos para la planificación y producción según sea necesario.

Responsabilidades

•Realizar mantenimiento preventivo a los moldes según el registro diario de planificación y las prioridades de la limpieza sistemática y fin de orden.

•Limpieza preventiva a la llegada de los moldes.

•Almacenamiento de moldes en el estante correcto, escaneo de la ubicación y actualización del sistema.

•Informar inmediatamente al líder del turno o cualquier colega con habilidades superiores sobre cualquier problema detectado en el molde durante el proceso de mantenimiento preventivo.

•Solución de problemas menores en los moldes en producción.

•Abrir y cerrar órdenes en MMS registrando con precisión el tiempo del personal relacionado con el trabajo realizado.

•Aplicar la metodología 5s en el área de trabajo y en el resto de las áreas de mantenimiento de moldes.

•Educacion: Carrera Técnica en maquinas y herramientas o afín

•Experiencia:  Al menos 6 meses en mantenimiento de moldes o actividades relacionadas.

•Habilidades: Comunicación, resolución de problemas, trabajo en equipo y toma de decisiones.

•Conocimiento en mecánica de materiales, herramientas de medición, ensamblado y desensamblado de moldes o sistemas relacionados.

•Manejo básico de Microsoft Office.
