Would you like to join as Senior Product Manager for Carbon Analytics and be the enabler for reducing carbon emissions across our global operations. In this pivotal role, you'll drive innovative solutions, aligning business requirements with a visionary product roadmap to support our sustainability goals.

Core Responsibilities
Define the product vision and roadmap based on business requirements and value propositions for carbon analytics
Own and drive the product backlog for carbon analytics towards the product team
Ensure business alignment and communication across groups of essential partners
Secure transparency on performance and results by regularly following up on key results and metrics
Future-proof the carbon analytics product by engaging with regulatory and sustainability experts to stay ahead of upcoming requirements and methodology changes, translating them into product capabilities
Play your part in our team succeeding
The central program management team sits in Group Sustainability, reporting to our Chief Sustainability Officer. The team drives, facilitates, and enables the overall sustainability program at the LEGO Group. A key responsibility is ensuring strong product management within digital products advancing sustainability priorities such as carbon, CBM, and Responsible Sourcing. The team is located at our headquarters in Billund, Denmark.
Do you have what it takes?
Preferably BA/MBA or equivalent experience in Product Management, agile/scrum coaching
Relevant certifications in Program Management or similar
Impact focused approach and strong knowledge about sustainability, e.g., carbon analytics
Proven track record as a product manager working closely with product teams
Proven insights into the importance of a strong, accurate, and granular carbon data platform as a key enabler for carbon analytics
Excellent engagement skills at all levels
Great analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, e.g., establishing story-lining and building strong communication material
