Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted SoD risk sparring partner to Process Owners, providing advice and recommendations.

  • Support the maintenance and further development of the Segregation of Duties framework, including policies, risk classifications, SoD rule set and control frameworks.

  • Drive or support continuous SoD risk reassessments across financial processes.

  • Identify, design and support the implementation of mitigating controls, ensure they are effective, documented and testable.

  • Contribute to rebuilding and strengthening SoD reporting enable clear reporting to key stakeholders on risk exposure.

  • Collaborate closely with key partners, cross-functional colleagues, and external auditors.

  • The Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team is responsible for second line of defense activities across the organisation. We operate in a global environment and work closely with cross-functional colleagues, taking an end-2-end process governance perspective.

  • Our focus is on building and deploying value-adding controls across key financial business cycles: Hire-to-Retire, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay and Record-to-Report. In addition, the team is responsible for driving the SoD agenda across our financial processes

  • As a Segregation of Duties (SoD) Manager, you will support the definition, governance, and oversight of the SoD framework, ensuring that access risks are effectively identified, prevented, monitored, and mitigated.

The Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team is responsible for second line of defense activities across the organisation. We operate in a global environment and work closely with cross-functional colleagues, taking an end-2-end process governance perspective. Our focus is on building and deploying value-adding controls across key financial business cycles: Hire-to-Retire, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay and Record-to-Report. In addition, the team is responsible for driving the SoD agenda across our financial processes. As a Segregation of Duties (SoD) Manager, you will support the definition, governance, and oversight of the SoD framework, ensuring that access risks are optimally identified, prevented, monitored, and mitigated.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Candidate Merc. Audit or similar, with proven track record from an international audit company or global organisation.

  • Practical experience with Segregation of Duties, including identifying or designing mitigating control.

  • Experience with change management, including communication and training, as part of implementing and embedding risk and control frameworks and policies.

  • A proven track record of delivering strong results by developing and broadening functional knowledge and experience.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach that enables the team to be productive, effective and successful.

  • A strong sense of confidentiality, ethics and integrity.

  • Knowledge and/or experience with SAP Access Control and Power BI would be an added advantage.

  • Ability to travel for up to a maximum of 3 weeks per year.
