Core Responsibilities

As Senior Digital Product Designer you will:

  • Drive design within the product team by translating user insights into product strategy and delivering high-quality designs for internal creative tooling
  • Plan and conduct user research to uncover user needs
    and pain points, mapping end-to-end journeys through
    Service Blueprints
  • Create compelling, insight-driven designs using our
    design system, addressing diverse user needs and
    business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with
    designers and product team
  • Collaborate closely with other designers on solutions
    that consider multiple perspectives and user scenarios
  • Partner with engineers to iterate, build, and continuously
    improve the user experience
  • Present research insights and designs clearly to senior
    stakeholders

Consumer and Marketing Technology (CMT) is part of the Digital Technology organisation. CMT is responsible for both creating products supporting the internal product value chain, such as products enabling model designers, creatives and marketeers, as well as consumer facing products for kids and grown ups. You will join a team of passionate designers working in a lively,
agile, inclusive environment, advocating for design ethics and user well-being.

Do you have what it takes?

Solid experience of hands-on experience in designing digital
products for users on web and mobile.

  • A team player with strong collaboration skills and ability
    to create relations across a large and complex
    organization.
  • Ability to establish and own the user research and
    UX/UI design solution of sites, experiences and
    destinations.
  • Experienced in contributing to and working with design
    systems.
  • Create clear, well-founded and visually impressive
    proposals based on complex requirements.
  • Great communication skills in person, as well as in your
    designs.
  • Experienced user of Figma and Miro.

Bonus skills

  • Experienced in working on agile teams, where
    communication, collaboration, and taking initiative is
    key.
  • Ability to thrive, navigate and build relations in a
    complex stakeholder landscapes.
