We are looking for a Temporary Recruitment Support Advisor (1 year) in our Shared Services Department who will support to create an effective and efficient platform for growth and recruiting.
Deliver consistent and timely recruitment screening and coordinating activities, thus, ensuring high quality and efficiency in the entire recruitment process.

Partnership with leaders and ensure sustainable global processes.

Acts as direct line recruitment support for a designated region enabling recruiters and hiring managers to attract, interview and onboard new LEGO employees.
Acts as direct line recruitment support for applicants and candidates during the length of their process participation, while chipping in on candidate satisfaction
Support on CV screening and ranking according to specific position requirements.
Participate in hiring manager and recruiter calls to define strategy, clarification in role and debrief meetings.
Post and handle all open roles in the applicant tracking system and other identified attraction channels through all recruitment phases enabling proper reporting and tracking.
Be the first touchpoint to all candidate electronic channels; invitation to interview, coordination and follow-up communications with candidates and hiring managers, and interview scheduling, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Contribute on new opportunities for process improvement with new ideas and insights.
Send surveys at the end of each recruitment process for recruiter, hiring manager and candidates.
Maintaining effective communication with the other regional Recruitment Support colleagues.
Participate and support new tasks and/or projects in the Recruitment Support department on a global level.
Ability to drive new tasks and/or projects in the Recruitment Support department on a regional level
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration/Human Resources field
Relevant professional working experience with recruitment with a focus on search and lead generation
Software: MS Office, Workday, tracking systems
Language: Fluent English
Positive, service-minded and out-going
Ability to work independently on predetermined tasks via virtual direction from partners
Solid business understanding
Solid organizational skills
Structured, detailed, and accurate when working
Solid communicator
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment on being flexible
Shared services experience is desirable
