Job Description

Join LEGO® Education in shaping the future of learning through innovative marketing strategies! As a Marketing Manager, you'll drive impactful lead generation campaigns that connect educators and decision-makers with transformative STEAM experiences! 

Please note: 

  • This is a PT position on a six-month temporary contract basis until the end of August 2026, this role is based out of our Boston HUB.  

  • Hybrid working model with 1 day in the office and up to 2 days remotely.  

  • Relocation support is not offered. 

Core Responsibilities 

  • Applying global content where appropriate as well as adapting to local needs to drive efficient lead campaigns across channels.  

  • Champion and continue to improve processes in collaboration with Sales, CRM, and other relevant functions.  

  • Use research and prospecting tools including CRM, as well as internet sources such as social and industry trade media.  

  • Develop and implement a plan to apply key resources in online marketing such as SEO, content production, pay-per-click, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, quality link building, social media advertising, social media campaigns and conversion optimization.  

  • Run marketing end of CRM tool and external lead generation resources.  

  • Set, track and report important metrics. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and lead generation trends and implement as appropriate 

  • Support tradeshows by growing tradeshow promotion opportunities and activities.

As the marketing manager passionate about lead generation, you will support our global strategy. The goal is to reach education decision makers and teachers as the intended recipients. You will also be closely involved in the US plan, working in lock step with the US marketing Director. to achieve set goals, including revenue targets.  

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Passion for user journeys and nurture cycles to effectively engage target audiences. 

  • Creative and collaborative mindset, building positive relationships and driving decisions. 

  • Proven success in leading B2B acquisition campaigns to meet performance goals. 

  • Strong understanding of B2B tactics and collaboration with sales teams. 

  • Expertise with CRM and data platform tools. 

  • Skilled in lead generation across channels like Paid Media, Social, Email/CRM, and Affiliates. 

  • Experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.  

  • Proficient in internet marketing tools: content production, SEO, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, partner co-marketing, online PR, and social media. 

  • Competent in analytic and marketing automation tools. 

  • Excellent written and presentation communication skills. 

  • Preferred experience in K-8 Education or Ed-tech industry, or enterprise-level B2B.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
