Job Description

We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Media Reporting, Senior Associate. The position is in our newly formed worldwide media activation group. You will collaborate closely with our commercial marketing teams on paid media reporting in close partnership with the broader Global Paid Media Performance Analytics team based out of Copenhagen.

Are you passionate about transforming paid media data into insights, and do you want to apply those skills in the LEGO Groups new in-house media agency? This role is all about turning paid media data into actions and helping our team members understand and learn how to optimize our paid media. Serving our LEGO Retail team, you will act as their point of contact while collaborating closely with your colleagues to build global solutions supporting our reporting needs.

This role combines data visualization, Power BI building, reporting and stakeholder communication. You will play a meaningful role ensuring our central paid media analytics initiatives are valuable for your partners

Core Responsibilities

  • Media Reporting– Analyze how paid digital media campaigns are performing and how they can be optimized.
  • Analyze paid media metrics that matter. Investigate how paid media influences our business. Partner with paid media channel experts to use those insights.
  • Data governance – Oversee LEGO Retail performance to ensure the strongest return on investment for The LEGO Group. Driving alignment with local needs to global initiatives is a key Responsibility in this role.
  • Make reporting valuable – Ensure your stakeholders have strong reporting solutions, and they are updated on performance on a regular basis.
  • Stakeholder & Executive Influence - Serve as the reporting subject matter expert for paid media, engaging with leadership, local market and external partners to drive alignment and advocacy.
