About this role

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Marketing planning & performance intern who will contribute to the growth of LEGO Italy with the following activities:

  • Drive and create Marketing Budget reporting giving to the BU the main info of the Marketing spending
  • Keep Marketing plan activation calendar updated with latest decisions and changes
  • Drive the Month end Close budget process checking with Marketing team members their planned activities and update accordingly the Marketing spending
  • Preparation of key presentations and files to be used for the Integrated commercial Plan Process, setting the strategy plan for 2027 and for Marketing spending reviews during the year
  • Support Trade marketing team in budget management and analysis, become owner of Trade promotion management tool to track sales promotion, support with weekly analysis by retailer

Lead Consumer and Shopper Insight Reporting, keeping the BU updated and using them to support Brand managers and Trade Marketing team in building the Audience and Channels strategy plan.

  • Advanced business studies or comparable education, ideally with a focus on Marketing.
  • Very good written and spoken Italian and English skills.
  • Excellent MS Office proficiency (advanced in Excel)
  • You possess analytics skills, and strategic and result orientation.
  • Speed and flexibility in your thinking, along with a willingness to learn and take initiative, particularly distinguish you.

Ability to work independently, energetic and willing to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial atmosphere
