About this role

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Budget Planning & Tracking

  • Be a super user of the budget system; Own data integrity and real time spend accuracy.
  • Provide support for the integration and analysis of the CSM budget.
  • Support new marketing budget system launch in China Market; configure fields, train users, monitor adoption.

GWP Planning & Execution

  • Responsible for FOC & MTO plan consolidation, ensuring detailed granularity down to channel / SKU level based on the latest CS estimation and channel requirements.
  • Provide timely review of FOC incl. actual budget usage, YTG plan, GWP stock est., etc..
  • Consolidate cross channel MTO demand, assist to place order to external vendor.

Marketing Campaign Integration

  • Support team on the CSM campaign integration incl. budget, activations, MTO, etc..

Others

Manage ad-hoc projects or processes with support from senior colleagues

Do you have what it takes?

  • 1-2 years of working experience in planning or marketing related functions
  • Strong data analysis skills and advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Excel and PPT)
  • Strong team player and good x-functional communication skills.
